Join us for a special afternoon as we welcome Deb Lauren Poole to lead us in a Coached Cold Plunge Experience!
Deliberate cold exposure has long been used as a way to increase longevity, athletic recovery and support mental health and now the research is catching up! Learn how you can truly change your relationship with stress by leveraging the cold and your body’s innate ability to adapt and evolve! Deb will guide everyone through some supportive breath-work and light physical movement to generate heat and prepare the body. We will then take turns in the plunge tub and end with a reflection circle to share insights and celebrate one another!
