Negative emotions, experiences, and patterns of thought all contribute to disrupting our energy flow. Extraction Healing is a way to restore that flow so the body, mind and spirit are balanced and function optimally, and so natural self-healing can occur.
During our lifetime, we all experience various forms of trauma, such as incidents that cause shame or guilt, serious accidents or illness, emotional pain or grieving. To avoid the psychic pain, pieces of our soul break off from us. A Soul Retrieval returns the fragmented pieces to the client, bringing back power, well-being and greater clarity.
For a Shamanic healing session, you will be fully clothed and lying on a massage table. You may experience a variety of sensations, such as warmth, coolness, gentle tingling and/or deep relaxation. Each session lasts between one hour and 1.5 hours, including the medicine drumming and discussion of the experience at the end. For most people, best results are experienced with at least three sessions.
